What Does Hard, Stone Like Discharge With Urine During Pregnancy Indicate?

I am currently 5 months pregnant. I have a history of kidney stones. I had been having a slightly painful feeling in my vagina the last few days. Today, the feeling was a bit more strong. I felt something and when I checked, I found a small rock/ stone like substance in my vagina. It actually sort of looks like the last kidney stone that I passed.... but I did not get pains like the kidney stone and it did not come out in my urine. This is very hard and tanish in color with white and brownish specks. I'm truly disturbed by this!! Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Hard stone like substance should be a kidney stone which got passed in urine & got at tip of urethral opening & was discoverd there by you. As you have history of kidney stones this possibility is more in you. If a stone is passed it will cause some RBCs & pus cells in urine too, which can be easily found in urine examination.
Other possibility is some foreign body that entered inside your vagina. Any disease of pelvic organs does not cause discharge of a stone like hard structure in vagina.
