What Does Headache Along With Fever And Redness On The Face Indicate?
I had a cortisone shot in my knee. 4-5 hours later I started with a headache, feeling feverish and face is beat red and feels hot like I have a sunburn. Could this be an allergic reaction to the cortisone shot and what can I do to relieve the symptoms?

It is possibly a reaction though an allergic reaction to a steroid would be extremely rare because steroids suppress the immune system and are used in allergies.
You can use benadryl or any other antihistamine to help reduce the symptoms
