What Does Heavy Sensation In The Chest Indicate?

I am a 32 year old female who has Lupus and is overweight but otherwise healthy-normal bp, cholesterol and blood sugar. Tonight my chest felt heavy when driving home from work but now, after vigorous sex with my husband my heart wont stop pounding, my chest kind of hurts, I am a little short of breath and my chest is heavy still. Should I go to the hospital?

Yes because lupus cause cardiac involvement (endocartitis, myocarditis, Pericarditis with conduction defects, arrhythmias )
