Hi
Based on the history and findings my opinion is as follows.
1. His hemoglobin is low, which needs to be corrected with iron supplements, vitamin b 12 and folic acid. Also improve on his nutrition by intake of cereals, pulses and citrus fruits.
2. Both fasting and post prandial blood sugar is deranged, be regular with medicines and make lifestyle modifications like exercise, healthy diet, avoid junk food, stress free life, yoga. Diabetics should have four to five short meals rather than three regular meals.
3. Get HB A1c tested to see for long term control of diabetes.
4. Repeat blood sugar examination after two weeks, if still not in the normal range, consult your doctor for increase in dose or change of medicines.
5. Since he is having hypertension also, be regular with medicines as diabetes and hypertension can cause complications in long term.
Hope this helps
