It shows that there is excesss fatty deposition in the liver. Its called fatty liver. Reflects that you have insulin resistance at the level of the liver. You could be at risk for diabetes and liver disease in the future. Don't worry. Things you can do is to cut down alcohol if you take any. Watch your diet and exercise daily. Do a fasting lipid profile and a liver function test. If its grossly abnormal you will be put on a drug class called statins to stabilise it. Good that you checked.
