General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for writing.

I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. These changes are suggestive of Fatty liver and pancreas. Common causes of the problem include obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypertriglyceridemia and others.

I suggest you consult a doctor and get evaluated for these conditions. You may require a few tests like Complete Blood Count, Liver function tests, Fasting Lipid Profile, Fasting Sugar profile, HbA1C levels for a complete evaluation.

Depending upon these results further management plan would be formulated which may include any additional tests, conservative management or medications.

In the mean while you may start taking healthy diet, avoid fast foods an begin an regular exercise programme for your general health.
