Hi Dear, It is not clear if you are taking thyroid medications now. If not, the blood tests shows that you have a condition called Subclinical Hypothyroidism where as your TSH alone is elevated. The high Anti Microsomal antibody ( also called as Anti TPO) suggests that it is an auto immune condition ( hashimotos). You are right in that, there is evidence that high levels of Anti microsomal antibodies have been found to be associated with sub fertility and pregnancy loss. But not to worry, there chances are low. In your case, as you are wanting to have a baby soon, it is wise to start on Thyroxine replacement. This is a very safe drug and doesn t have adverse effects on pregnancy, but instead, has good effects. YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR TSH 2.5 BEFORE PREGNANCY AND IN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS of pregnancy.
