Raised ESR indicates some chronic disease ,Raised polymorph indicate some infection .Cancer patients are more prone to infection. So her complete check up is essential along with detailed investigation.

Hello fah;
welcome to HeathcareMagic
The ESR of your mother is quite high and it suggests that there is either a infection like TB which can give rise to such high ESR or a deep seated disease like Cancer.Presenty since she has history of cancer where her breast as well as part of liver has been removed.So if she is not having any active infection symptoms then the high ESR should be due to cancer.Please get her to follow up with her Oncologist (cancer specialist).
Thanks
