General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a parasite infection. I suggest doing a stool test to confirm the diagnosis.

If the stool test is positive for parasites I suggest to take anti-parasitic medications such as Mebendazole.

I also suggest to continue the vitamin supplement as prescribed by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
