I Had this procedure with dilation of the bowel Have a fever 103.2 tylnol is helping my gut was inflamed but no ulcer. Did a coversion on the sleeve to mess hyiatle repair and get ride of acid reflex and gerd vomitting acid and brocial asthma tried to do it withb med for 6 months i left it to the sugion on how to fix it when she was in correcting the hernia sorry about the spelling

As of now you can take Acetaminophen and empirically start on a short course of antibiotics. Is symptomatic are persistent, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
