What Does High Fever Along With Nausea And Vomiting Indicate?
My 14 year old son has esr of 28. He has high fever that goes up to 40 degrees , nausea, and sometimes vomits. He has developed acne and not gained weight since the problem started about a year ago but had grown taller. The symptoms come and go sometimes after a day even without treatment other than paracetamol for the fever and sometimes antibiotics. Then it recurs after a month or so.

1.take paracetomol tablets thrice daily for 5 days to control fever.
2.take domperidone tablets twice daily for 5 days to control vomiting.
3.you can use clindamycin ointment twice daily over the acne.
4.wash your face often.
5.drink more water.
