hi im 18 years old and ive noticed I have been getting a lot of huge bumps now and then in between my vagina and anus. they hurt a lot sometimes and then sometimes they don't. sometimes they bleed too. im not sexually active so I know its not an std so im clueless.
I can understand your concern for the bumps between vagina and anus. It will be practically impossible to give exact cause of the bumps without a facility to examine it or without a picture.
It would be better if you can upload a good resolution picture of the affected area at bit.ly/drsanjaykanodia.
Even then amongst the most common of the possibilities this can be simple cysts or herniation or even it may be setinel piles which might be increasing and decreasing in size.
Do not pinch, pop or squeeze or even not touch the area unnecessarily as it can cause infection at this area.
Do not worry if you are not sexually active then it can not be a sexually transmitted infection.
Take care.
