What Does Inability To Flex Left Knee And Stand Suggest?
inability to flex left knee - stand on right foot and try to pick up left heel to butt - without extreme pain. thigh over left knee is swollen, and warmer to touch. some instability walking without knee brace; with knee braced, no pain. any flexion - lying supine and having someone lift to flex knee - causes the same pain.

Swelling, warmth and limited movement all direct us towards active inflammation in the left knee. It could be some infection or flaring up of arthritis if you have any. Get examined including the blood works.
