No reason to panic! It will be with you for all your life. - a 5mm echogenic focus in the mid pole of your left kidney and in the right, could be some small stones in your kindeys. No free fluid, means that everything is all right. There is no inflammation. So, overall it is OK. Just a fatty liver and you need to loose some weight and follow a healthy diet.
