Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would explain as follows:

- increased echotexture in your liver, means a fatty liver, probably due to overweight or an unhealthy diet.
- 1 cm hyperechoic lesion in your right hepatic lobe, could be a born defect called hemangioma. No reason to panic! It will be with you for all your life.
- a 5mm echogenic focus in the mid pole of your left kidney and in the right, could be some small stones in your kindeys.

No free fluid, means that everything is all right. There is no inflammation.

So, overall it is OK. Just a fatty liver and you need to loose some weight and follow a healthy diet.

Hope to have answered your query!

Please let me know if I can assist you again!

Kind regards,

Dr. Ilir Sharka
