What Does Indicate Large, Visible Blood Vessels And Itchiness In Throat?

I have just noticed that I have some rather large and visible blood vessels in the back of my throat, my throat also feels itchy what is it? (the largest is 1mm wide and they are spidering across the entire back of my throat) besides that I have no other symptoms

The vessels that you are seeing and the throat problem might not be related with each other the throat problem could be allergic condition and nothing to worry about this if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine
1) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
salt water gargling and you may try any lozenges if this does not give respond then you have to get the clinical examination done, take care and have nice day.
