Hi,

Please mention the total report. Many reasons for inflammation, like tuberculosis or pneumonia or bronchitis or viral pneumonitis, etc.

But what is the radiological finding in your X-ray? A cavity or homogeneous opacity or heterogeneous opacity or prominent vascular markings or infiltration, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
