Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My little cousin got into some Clorox on saturday. I don't believe she swallowed any but she did get some on her hands so I washed them off. When I picked the Clorox up I noticed that he did have a little leak, so that why I believe it just got on her hands. How would you determine if they swallowed it? As you know it is Monday now and nothing is wrong with her. Should I still be concerned?
hello, thanks for your query, clorax contains sodium hypochlorite generally causes only mild stomach irritation. Swallowing larger amounts can cause more serious symptoms. as there are no symptoms even after 2 days, u can be relaxed. all the best. take care.
