I was just told today that my US showed an inhomogenous endometrium and am now awaiting an appointment with a gyne for more info on what this means etc. In the mean time I cannot really find anything useful as to what all this could imply, I am only 30 and have been bleeding for about 8mos now :(
Inhomogeneous endometrium may be due to both reasons, benign or malignant. Biopsy should be done for confirming its nature. Proper treatment depend upon histopathology reports. You should consult your gynecologist.
