What Does Inter-menstrual Bleeding Indicate?

I ve already had a period this month , on the 6th but on Sunday I start bleeding again it was like at first then yesterday it got really heavy & this morning I was sitting down and I stood up and I felt a lot of come out I went to the rest room and the whole pad was filled within 25 minutes ... and I sat on the toilet and I seen big clots come out . what s wrong with me??

Welcome to hcm,
Heavy menstrual break through bleeding could be because of hormonal imbalance. Get one ultrasound done to rule out any underlying uterine pathology like fibroids, adenomyosis which are more common to cause heavy bleeding.
