What Does Intramural Fibroids With Degeneration Shown In CT Scan Mean?

Hi my ct scan reports shows,two small rounded hypodense/cystic lesions (larger 12×16)showing a few septatins witin are seen in region of posterior myometrium-?endometrial collectons,??intramural fibroids with degeneration.....this my report wat does it mean,is there any serious issue please explain

it is fibroid uterus. should consult gynechologist for examination and advise on treatment.may require surgery it is to be decided by gynechologist.
