42 yr old...two births...I had a sonogram performed but was limited due to poor acousticwindows. history of pcos, d & C three yrs ago due to severe menstral bleeding and hyperplastic cells from uterine biopsy. Now symptom is amenorrhea...2 periods in last 18 months. Bloodwork reports im not in perimenopause. Findings of current sonogram site mild hereogeneity of myometrial echotexture w/out discrete mass. uterus 8x5x7. wondering what this means if anything..and what tests would be most prudent. family history of cervical and colon cancer.
