What Does It Mean If My HSG Report Shows Left Tube Patency With Spillage, But No Visualization Of The Right Tube Due To Past Surgery?

The uterine cavity is normal in shape. No fixed filling defects. There is opacification of the left fallopian tube with spillage into the peritoneal cavity. The right fallopian tube is not visualized, in keeping with the reported past surgical history.
