What does it mean that there are no active lung parenchymal infiltrates? The heart is not enlarge. The trachea is in the middle. Both hemidiaphragms are well delineated. Elevated right hemidiaphragms relative to the left. Both Costophrenic sulci are intact. The osseous structures and the soft tissues are unremarkable.
