Hi and welcome to health care magic.

Your report is showing a PCOS. PCOS means that the ovaries are containing cysts [fluid filled pouches] and they have become slightly thick.
Now about the implications of PCOS:
Normally during a regular menstrual cycle on the 14th day of the cycle a female egg [ovum] develops and is released [ovulation] for being fertilised by the sperm. All this process needs delicate balance of many hormones during the entire month. If due to any reason this balance is lost, the ovulation does not occur. This leads to trapping of the ova in the form of follicles inside the ovary. This again leads to further imbalance and further ovum trapiing leading to a viscious cycle.

Sometimes the ovulation is there but is irregular meaning some cycles ovulate and some do not ovulate. So such women may have some minor problems in getting pregnant. These can be overcome by taking some ovulation inducing drugs.

This is a common problems. As of now, I advice you to contact your gynecologist and discuss this and its implications in greater details. I am always here to help you if you need. Do not worry as many young girls in my clinic have this and are being treated successfully. Stress also causes PCOS and is a major factor. So relax and eat a healthy diet, exercise daily and try to loose some weight as these help in restoring the hormonal environment.

Hope this satisfies your query.
