Hi. This reports looks near normal as there are always chances to find out a pus cells in urine of a girl child. This does not look significant to me . Even a single dose of an antibiotic taken before the urine test can show reduced or no pus cells in urine although the patient may be suffering from UTI. I would advise you to see a pediatrician as 3 days is a bit more time to waste more, and get other tests also done as may be suggested by the Pediatrician.
