Hello ma'am and welcome.

I am.sorry to hear about the miscarriage. But if the miscarriage waa confirmed by a doctor, then there is no chance you can still be pregnant. A miscarriage was once a pregnancy and thus your body was undergoing all the changes it would in a normal pregnancy. Hormonal changes that resulted from the pregnancy may take time to regularize which is why your period may not be normal immediately. The vaginal spotting is also a sign of the same.

Please do not worry and be patient. Your cycle shall soon return to normal. Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
