What Does It Mean When The Breasts Are Heterogeneously Dense?

I recently had a mammogram and ultra sound done the diagnostic was probably benign (not cancer). on the right breast. Then they made another note that the breasts are heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small masses. I am not sure what this means, I am really scare. They told me that I need to quit drinking coffee which I have, it s been 6 days no caffeine.

Tge findings are not suggestive of malignant lesion.
Do a biopsy for confirmation .
