My EUS says pancreatic parenchymal abnormalities consisting of diffuse echogenicity, hyperechoic strands and hypoechoic fo I were noted in the entire pancreas The duct had an irregular contoured endosonographic appearance and had hyperechoic walls The duct measured up to 3mm What does all this mean
Are you alcoholic, diabetic, or hypertensive? You may be suffering from pancreatitis or fatty infiltration of pancreas. Until correlation is done with serum amylase and lipase and CT abdomen it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your gastroentrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
