What Does Itching In The Penis Indicate?
hello Dr. I have a itchy penis and its been a while now and today I noticed that the front of my urethra has a dark color, sometimes i scratch and have open sores in it. I tested negative for hiv and i once got sti from this other girl, but this was a long time ago, whats wrong?

i can understand your concern. Is discharge present in the urethra?
presence of open sores, itchiness all indicate to presence of sti.
Consult a venereologist who would run a few tests for herpes simplex, gonorrhea, syphilis etc and then adequate antibiotics can be taken.
Always use a condom during sexual activity to reduce the chances of sti.
