What Does Itching On The Face And Ears Be Treated?

I have developed a skin condition and I do not know what it is, I been to 2 Dr s both seem wrong. At night it is unbearable at times now it feels like the itching on my face is worse feel like things flying in my nose and ears and around mouth I cough up stuff I feel going down my throat. I pick it off I thought was crabs I feel it also in eyes I have pictures and it could be skin but it looks like tiny legs I m confused please help

-Use antihistamines daily.
-Use calamine lotion for local relief.
-If you don't get better use prescribed corticosteroids.
