What Does Itching On The Penis Indicate?

Hi. two weeks ago, i felt itching during the night and itched my penile tip and rim. Couple of days later I realized that skin is soft almost blistered and it opened during the night, and looked infected. Friction against the hair and while exercising, caused it to be larger. I just covered it by cotton and in couple of days it dried out and became better. Now three days a go and I guess also due to friction during sexual activity, again blisters occurred in same area but with some blood inside and it broke and got infected again like a wound. What surprised me is on the other side of my penile rim also the same blood blister came out and I am kind of confused what to do. I didn t use anything except some clean gauze on it ignorer to prevent it from any friction due to hair and body contact. What do you suggest please.\?

These symptoms and signs are suggestive of STD especially if there is associated pain, fever, urethral discharge and recent sexual intercourse. So this is the first thing to rule out by doing STD testing. Second, it may be sign of uroinfection or urinary stones and some other genital infection but this is less common. In every case, antibiotic therapy may be required so test should be done as soon as possible so that appropriate treatment can be started. Till that try to drink plenty of fluids, avoid sexual intercourse and rest.
