What Does Itchy Lump On Outer Thigh Suggest?

Hi iam a 37 year old male.. and I have had a lump in my outer thigh for a while now about the size of a gumball and it itches? Its definiteley not a bite as its under the surface? I am gettign a little concerned as I have had it for a long time now over 6 months

I really appreciate your concern, if the lesion is with the symptom of itching then it could be sebaceous cyst and this need to be ruled out and for that you have to get done the clinical examination, some time it may be surgical condition, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
