I have a lot of itchy red spots all over my breast stomach side and back went to my doctor and he said it was the chicken pox but the aren t blistering or anything chicken pox would do and I haven t been sick I have been noticing little red dots under the skin near the spots what are they

The red itchy spots that have appeared can be due to dermatitis or chicken pox as your doctor has suggested. The spots do take 2-3 days to change into blisters. These are usually itchy.
