What Does Large Fetal Head With Small Body Indicate?

My wife is about 35-36 weeks pregnant. We visited the hospital today for a check up and found that the baby s head is large (by 2-3 weeks) and the body small (by 1-2 weeks). The doctor didn t seemed overly concerned, but I am writing to see if this is an indicator of any health issues or developmental problems. This is our second child, my wife is 37, we are both in good health. Thank you.
