What Does Lateral Wall Ischemia Mean?

I am a hypertension and Ventricular Arrythmia patient taking Metoprolol succinate 50mg and taking Cardarone 200 mg, Atorvastatin 10 mg daily since 2 1/2 years. Recently as shown in ECG i came to know that i have Lateral Wall Ischemia. Can you please explain this?

Lateral wall ischeia in ecg is indicated by precordial leads v5 and v6 and has to be taken very seriously.. Most common cause of ventricular arrytmias and premature ventricular beats is ischemia., hypertension is also a risk factor for myocardial ischemia..
i would suggest you few basic base line investigations of cardiology like tread mill test and 2 d echo cardiogram .both will help to rule out any compromised blood supply to heart , and if they are normal electrophysiological studies will be done to rule out the cause of arrthmia.
