I really appreciate your concern, Gastritis means it is the inflammatory condition of gastric region under lying cause of gastritis is matter and that needs to be managed, mild type of inflammatory changes may not need any treatment, and it is self limiting, the most common cause of this is hyperacidity and it can be given try with PPI, the best drug is Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Tab Domperidone 20m mg once in day hope this information helps.
