What Does Left Cornual Blockage Mean?

I am 25 years lady and having a kid of 3 yrs 0ld. I am suffering with recurrent UTI. Taking treatment and getting well as often. As per the advice of Gynaecologist I have done My HSG. its report shows Left cornual Blockage. what does that mean? Is it curable by medicine only or I have to go through any procedure?

Cornu is junction of fallopian tube with uterus that uterotubal junction; so your HSG report has shown that blockage.
It needs further laparoscopic evaluation. However medicine is not going to help. you need to have procedure for it.
