What Does Left Sided Flank Numbness Indicate?

Hello, Left side flank numbness, no pain. Started last night and again this afternoon. Feeling just a little tingling sensation on my left side of face also. Am very healthy, walk daily, normal weight, etc. Only thing doing differently is driving 3 and 1/2 hours a few times a week to assist a sick parent. Thinking it is related to that. Thanks
