What Does Left Tonsil Being Larger Than Right With White Lump On It Suggest?

My left tonsil is larger than the right, like double the size. I have no pain or difficulty swallowing. I saw a white spot on my left tonsil and pushed it with a long sterile swab and a hard small white lump came out. Then there was blood on the swab, then two more times a hard white lump came out. Should I be concerned. My left tonsil is frequently larger.

Enlargement of tonsils is a sign of infection of ear/nose/throat. There is no rule that both the tonsils must get enlarged in a same way. If the enlargement of tonsil is causing symptoms like difficulty in swallowing, snoring while sleeping or pain in the throat, then you need to seek medical attention. Otherwise, keep your oral hygiene good with mouth wash and salt water gargling. Avoid cold food items. That should keep things right.
