What Does Less Bleeding After Taking Cytotec Tablets Indicate?

saturday,i take 2 tablets of cytotec, and another 2 on my vagina at 4am. and take another 2 at 8am. after an hour, i started bleeding. i pooped 2 times. one on afternoon and another one at night. the bleeding stops the other day (sunday) at aroud 10 pm, is my abortion succeeded? please i need help

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Cytotec should be used under the supervision of the gynecologist for termination of the intrauterine pregnancy up to 9 week of age.
As bleeding has been occur suggests, abortion process is started.
Bleeding will depend on the age of the pregnancy.
Sometime extra dose may be needed to abort.
Abortion process will complete in 3-5 days as bleeding will gradually decrease.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo USG scan and vaginal examination if no more bleeding will occur.
If needed, extra dose of misoprostol or D & C should be used depend on the condition of the pregnancy.
