What Does Light Bleeding After Missed Periods Indicate?

Hi dear Sir or Ma am; I missed my period feb and March, but started light bleeding early this month until this afternoon, it started with just when i wipe after urinating and it s few drops when I m frustrated or heavy lifting. My tummy is growing and heavy, I had very sensitive nipples last month and eating or craving food that i usually dislike. I m constatly hungry. My tummy feels tight and tiny pintches if I m not eating when I should. Could I be pregnant?

I understand your concern.
- spotting on exertion/ urination while you are 2 months delayed in periods... needs to be investigated for pregnancy urgently.Such bleeding with pregnancy suggests possibility of abortion.
Urine pregnancy test( with urine collected in a boiled clean bottle,( without getting mixed with blood)/ USG scan can diagnose it . A gynecologist will suggest treatment as per requirement.
- Alternatively hormonal imbalance/thyroid problem/ovulation problem can cause such condition. These need specific treatment under a gynecologist's guidance.
