Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Light color of lung lobe on X-ray could be due to consolidation or some change in lung parenchyma. Shortness of breath and sharp pain in upper pain could be due to some pleural pathology. I suggest you to consult your pulmonologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri , Pathologist and Microbiologist
