General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Possibility of seizures and cardiac dysrhythmias should be ruled out in your case. ECG should be taken to rule out dysrhythmias. If that is fine then a consultation with a neurologist and eeg should be done to rule out epileptic seizures. MRI might be required also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
