What Does Linear Calcification In The Skin Mean On An X-ray Report?

Hi, Left and right tibia/fibula have developed knots on what appear to be on my bones. History shows Stasis dermatitis. Lumps both legs. My bones have been hurting for years. I do have diabetes. The xray finding: Bony materialization is normal without fracture, Lytic or sclerotic lesions. There are linear calcification in the skin and superficial subcutaneous tissues bilaterally consistent with stasis dermatitis. No abnormal mass is seen. Bilateral superficial soft tissue calcification s consistent with Chronic Stasis. Question is what does that mean?
