What Does 'live Count-11 Mill/ml' In Semen Analysis Suggest?
I am 36 years old and was married 4 years ago. I have not concieved any child. My semen analysis report as under
Quantity = 1.5 ml
Colour: Greyish white
Transperency: opaque
Viscousity= Viscid
Liquiafication= positive (30 minutes)
PH= 7.5
Fructose= positive
Total count = 30 million/ml
Sperm per ejaculate =45 million
Live count = 11 mil /ml
Percentage motile sperm 37%
Rapid linear progression 05%
Slow linear progression 40%
Non progressive 55%
Normal form 5% (Normal range > 30)
Head Abnomorility
Small oval 5%
Tappering 20%
Duplicate/double 10%
Amorphus 25%
Round 10%
Pin 05%
Mid piece abnormility 20%
WBC 04 and RBCs 03
What do you suggest that can i concieve a child or i should go for additional tests or do you reccomend any treatment.

According to the W.H.O. recent normal values, your semen analysis are all within normal that being said I suggest doing on a healthy lifestyle with stopping smoking and alcohol consumption and regular exercise will go a long way.
