Hello,

Presently, your spleen is not enlarged but has slightly coarsened echotexture suggests that the internal structure of the spleen appears somewhat rough or uneven. It may be indicative of mild changes, such as from inflammation, infection, or other benign conditions. However, your liver report indicates that while there are slight variations in the liver's texture. It can be indicative if inflammation, or fatty liver.

Hepatitis or cirrhosis may present with irregularities, including nodularity, heterogeneous echogenicity, and altered contours. Get clinically examined by a GP. Further evaluation depends on the clinical examination. You will be treated with medicines, physical therapy, exercises, diet control, etc.

In the meantime prefer to take boiled food & boiled water. Take quality sleep at night.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
