Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
what is ur age? have u ever suffered from it before? ? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension?
Based upon ur history i dont think there is any organic cause of it .
Concussion on the other hand , i dont consider it to be important in your case . you should not be worried about it.
You should stay calm and continue with your routine chores , you need diversion and rest.
if the problem persists or if you develop vomiting or double vision then meet NEUROLOGIST for proper examination...
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
Get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
