General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Normal Lordotic curve means, curvature we see at lower back region while standing position in healthy and specifically athletic person, which is slightly inward curve.
If your X-ray explains loss of Lordotic curve that means your spine is not in normal position due to paravertebral muscle spasm or erosion of vertebral column at lumbar region.
In this case you must consult an orthopedic surgeon for thorough Clinical examination and Xray review. As per clinical finding and Xray , your treating physician will decide plan of treatment and remedies.

Thanks & Take Care,
Dr. Suraj D.
