Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The main aspects of a full/
complete blood count are the
hemoglobin, white cell count, and platelets. The other numbers or notations that you see are used to support any changes in these ( hemoglobin, white cell, platelet).
For example; the red cell distribution, MCH, MCV - change when the HB (hemoglobin) changes. The
hematocrit would be low once the HB is low. The low HB implies that you may have anemia, the exact value is not listed here, so not sure of the severity. If both the MCV and MCH are also decreased, that means it may be
iron deficiency anemia.
Lymph and monocytes are types of white blood cells, the total white blood cell count must be looked at first. If this is normal then no infection or cancer related to white cells is likely to be present.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Michelle Gibson James
