What Does Lower Back Pain Post Treatment For Kidney Infection Suggest?
Hello. I had a kidney infection and took antibotics. I have now have done the full treatment of antibotics and have no pain other then back pain. It is only on my lower right side and I don t know if it is still from my kidney infection or something else. And if it is just my kidneys how long is this going to last?

In my opinion you should consult your doctor for urine test for culture and sensitivity test to know the exact bacteria causing infection and it's susceptibility to a particular antibiotics have plenty of fluid which will flush off the genitourinary tract
get an X ray or MRI of LS spine for lower back pain to look for spine or disc bulging problem stretching exercise and physiotherapy will definitely help you
